Returns & Policy
We accept Returns for up to 30 days!
Returns made within 30 days from receiving your order will be refunded in your original form of payment. The Returns shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
If you wish to Return your item(s), please email us stating the reason for your request. Once authorized by our customer service representatives, a case number will be sent to you for reference. Returns & Exchanges will be evaluated and processed upon receiving of the item(s).
We will NOT accept any packages sent without a case number.
Our Returns & Exchange Process:
- The Returns form provided once you contact our customer service representatives must be included along with the items for return
- Regular priced items must be in new/original condition with all tags and packaging attached
- Orders must be shipped out within 14 days from receiving your case number.
- Processing Returns may take up to 14 business days upon receival
- We do not refund shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees associated with your order
- Return packages are your responsibility until it is received by us
- It is recommended that you take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package
- Store Credits and Gift Cards are non-transferable
Upon dispute, Helinox reserves the right to make the final decision on all Returns cases.
When ordering from Helinoxstore.com, you are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Our shipping estimates include freight charges only. You are responsible for any additional importation charges in the destination country such as taxes and customs fees.
According to Free Trade Agreements (FTA) with Korea, customers in the USA and Europe will not have to pay customs tariffs. If you have been charged Customs Tariffs, please email us. Please note that FTA exemptions do not apply to T.E.R.G products.

Incorrect item, missing item or faulty item
As a valued customer, contact us if any merchandise you receive is defective, missing and/or incorrect. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receipt of shipment. We will do our very best to resolve your case in a timely manner.
